Members of the Care Quality Commission see first hand our No Force First initiative in action
Our Improvement Leads for Perfect Care, Iris Benson and Dave Riley, were given a fantastic opportunity to showcase our No Force First restrictive intervention reduction programme this week as the Care Quality Commission observed one of our staff engagement sessions at the Whalley site. The engagement sessions are fully co-produced by people who experience and deliver services and give staff an initial introduction to the award winning process.
