No Force First and Reducing Restrictive Practice showcased at International Conference.
One of our key Perfect Care priorities was recently highlighted at a Conference on ‘Violence in the Health Sector – Advancing the delivery of Positive Practice’ in Toronto, Canada. Pictured are Danny Angus, Lead Nurse for Quality and Innovation and Lianne Franks, Clinical Psychologist and Lead for No Force First at our Specialist Learning Disability Directorate. Their presentation emphasised the combined progress in reducing coercion within our inpatient services and increasing staff safety through creating less fraught and more collaborative environments.
