No Force First features in new CQC resource

The Care Quality Commission, as part of their on-going commitment to reducing restrictive practice, have included Mersey Care in their latest guidance as an example of a provider with a comprehensive and wide ranging plan to address this key issue.

This is further recognition of the determination of our clinical teams to work diligently towards a restraint free future and will inevitably add to the sustained external interest shown by other organisations who are looking to develop their own plans.
