Innovate Depression - Health Locker

Innovation pipeline describes a potential framework for how innovative ideas/products/solutions could be managed in Mersey Care and work with other key internal stakeholders to ensure the potential for innovation is fully developed.

The Trust is looking to develop an app that can be utilised by patients to monitor emotional and physical responses via their smart phone or computer. This application will also aim to provide a facility for the patient to also monitor specific care plans and report upon their progress against these. Information will be linked back via a web based dashboard to care coordinators, to allow for review of presentation over the period between scheduled meetings. The app is currently being explored with a potential to be used within the wards of the new Medium Secure Unit build, it is currently unlikely to be utilised outside of this area.
